WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
- The status of your order will determine the estimated delivery time frame. Our products will either be available as Ships Out Next Business Day, In Stock & Ready to ship, Exclusive Pre-Order, and/or have an estimated ETA listed. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page if they will not be expected to ship within normal processing times. Additionally, the order confirmation you receive via email will also display the expected shipping time frame.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Tuesday to Monday.
- Last Order Time: 21.00 PM (GMT+07:00) Western Indonesia Time (Jakarta)
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
TRANSIT TIME
- Estimated Delivery Time: 17-30 business days.
- Business Days: Shipments occur Tuesday to Monday.
- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE
- Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package via info@jcgenerator.com
- Resolution: We will resolve the issue as soon as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.
RETURN POLICY
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.
- Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, JC GENERATOR will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refund: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.
